18+These Terms of Use and Subscription Agreement govern access to and use of the OddScore platform. By creating an account or using OddScore, the user accepts these terms.
OddScore is a platform for analysing sports odds movements. The information, indicators, signals and analyses provided on the platform are for informational purposes only.
The user remains solely responsible for their decisions and the use of information displayed on the platform.
Access to OddScore requires creating a user account.
Some features may be accessible during a limited free trial period. After the trial period, an active subscription is required to continue using the platform.
OddScore may modify, suspend or delete all or part of the service at any time.
New users may benefit from a free trial period of seven (7) days.
This trial period provides access to features available during the trial phase.
No payment method is required to benefit from this trial period. At the end of this period:
OddScore currently offers the following plans:
Prices may be modified at any time. Any price change only applies to future renewals.
Payments are processed via Stripe or any other payment provider chosen by OddScore.
The user undertakes to provide valid and up-to-date payment information.
Payment is due at the time of subscription or renewal.
Subscriptions are automatically renewed at their expiry date.
Monthly subscription: automatic renewal every month.
Annual subscription: automatic renewal every year.
The user may disable automatic renewal at any time from their subscription management area.
The user may cancel their subscription at any time.
Cancellation only prevents future renewal of the subscription.
The period already paid remains acquired and continues until its end.
Monthly example: subscription on 1 July, cancellation on 15 July, access maintained until 31 July, no renewal on 1 August.
Annual example: subscription on 1 July, cancellation on 15 August, access maintained until the end of the annual period already paid, no renewal at expiry.
When the subscription ends or is not renewed:
The user may switch from the monthly plan to the annual plan and vice versa.
Plan changes take effect immediately. A prorated credit is applied for the unused portion of the current plan, and the new rate is charged on a prorated basis for the remaining time in the current period.
No cash refund is issued; credits generated by downgrading are deducted from the next invoice.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, no full or partial refund is granted for an already paid subscription period.
No pro-rata refund is made in the event of cancellation, non-use of the service, or account suspension due to a breach of these terms.
By subscribing to an OddScore subscription and immediately accessing the digital service, the user expressly requests immediate performance of the service.
The user acknowledges and accepts that they waive their right of withdrawal in accordance with the regulations applicable to digital content and services provided immediately after subscription.
The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.
They undertake not to share their account with third parties.
Any activity carried out from an account is deemed to have been performed by its holder.
OddScore is reserved for persons aged eighteen (18) years or older.
By using the platform, the user declares they are at least 18 years old.

They may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable or inaccurate.
OddScore does not guarantee their accuracy, availability or relevance.
The user remains solely responsible for how they use this information.
OddScore does not provide any sports betting advice.
The information presented never constitutes a recommendation to bet on a result or event.
No result, profit or gain is guaranteed.
OddScore implements reasonable means to ensure service availability. However, the platform may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, updates, technical incidents or any other reason.
No permanent availability is guaranteed.
OddScore may at any time add, modify, suspend or remove features.
Such changes do not entitle users to any compensation or refund.
OddScore may suspend or delete an account in the event of non-compliance with these terms, fraud, abuse, attempts to circumvent the service, or unlawful or malicious use.
Deletion of an account may be permanent.
All content, texts, visuals, logos, interfaces, databases, indicators, algorithms and technical elements present on OddScore are protected.
Any unauthorised reproduction, extraction, distribution or exploitation is prohibited.
OddScore cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
The user uses the service at their own risk.
OddScore may modify these terms at any time.
The most recent version is accessible on the platform. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall be subject to the competent French courts.
