These Terms of Use and Subscription Agreement govern access to and use of the OddScore platform. By creating an account or using OddScore, the user accepts these terms.
OddScore is a platform for analysing sports odds movements. The information, indicators, signals and analyses provided on the platform are for informational purposes only.
OddScore:
The user remains solely responsible for their decisions and the use of information displayed on the platform.
Access to OddScore requires creating a user account.
Limited free access lets you discover the platform without any payment method. An active subscription is required to access all features.
OddScore may modify, suspend or delete all or part of the service at any time.
Any user can create an account for free, without a payment method.
Free access lets you open a limited number of upcoming matches (five (5) at most) with their AI analysis. A match you have opened stays open.

OddScore currently offers the following plans:
Prices may be modified at any time. Any price change only applies to future renewals.
Payments are processed via Stripe or any other payment provider chosen by OddScore.
The user undertakes to provide valid and up-to-date payment information.
Payment is due at the time of subscription or renewal.
Subscriptions are automatically renewed at their expiry date.
Monthly subscription: automatic renewal every month.
Annual subscription: automatic renewal every year.
The user may disable automatic renewal at any time from their subscription management area.
The user may cancel their subscription at any time.
Cancellation only prevents future renewal of the subscription.
The period already paid remains acquired and continues until its end.
Monthly example: subscription on 1 July, cancellation on 15 July, access maintained until 31 July, no renewal on 1 August.
Annual example: subscription on 1 July, cancellation on 15 August, access maintained until the end of the annual period already paid, no renewal at expiry.
When the subscription ends or is not renewed:
The user may switch from the monthly plan to the annual plan and vice versa.
Plan changes take effect immediately. A prorated credit is applied for the unused portion of the current plan, and the new rate is charged on a prorated basis for the remaining time in the current period.
No cash refund is issued; credits generated by downgrading are deducted from the next invoice.
This clause supplements the terms above without replacing them and restates a mandatory consumer protection that cannot be waived.
As a digital service supplied on a continuous basis, OddScore must remain compliant with the contract throughout the subscription period, in accordance with Articles L.224-25-12 to L.224-25-26 of the French Consumer Code.
In the event of a lack of conformity, the user is entitled to have the service brought into conformity within a reasonable time and free of charge. Failing that, the user may obtain a price reduction or termination of the contract, with a refund, without having to prove any fault by OddScore.
OddScore remains liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time the service is supplied or appearing during the subscription period.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, no full or partial refund is granted for an already paid subscription period.
No pro-rata refund is made in the event of cancellation, non-use of the service, or account suspension due to a breach of these terms.
This clause applies without prejudice to the user's legal rights, in particular the right of withdrawal described below, the legal guarantee of conformity defined in the previous section, and any other legally mandatory refund.
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the user has a period of fourteen (14) days from subscription to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalty.
OddScore does not ask the user to waive this right at the time of order: no immediate-performance request paired with a waiver is collected. The user therefore retains their full fourteen-day right of withdrawal, even where access to the service starts right at subscription.
The right of withdrawal is exercised directly from the subscription area, under "Manage my subscription" then "Request withdrawal", or in writing to customer support using the standard form below. A confirmation is shown on screen and a confirmation of receipt is sent by email once the request is submitted: access the online withdrawal form.
Where the right of withdrawal is exercised within the legal period, the request is forwarded to our team, who manually process the cancellation of the subscription and the refund of the amounts paid for the period concerned, with no amount remaining due for the period already used.

To be completed and sent only to exercise the right of withdrawal, addressed to OddScore — [email protected]:
"I hereby notify you of my withdrawal from the contract for my OddScore subscription."
The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.
They undertake not to share their account with third parties.
Any activity carried out from an account is deemed to have been performed by its holder.
OddScore is reserved for persons aged eighteen (18) years or older.
By using the platform, the user declares they are at least 18 years old.
It is prohibited to:
Data, odds, analyses and signals are provided for informational purposes only.
They may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable or inaccurate.
OddScore does not guarantee their accuracy, availability or relevance.
The user remains solely responsible for how they use this information.
OddScore does not provide any sports betting advice.
The information presented never constitutes a recommendation to bet on a result or event.
No result, profit or gain is guaranteed.
OddScore implements reasonable means to ensure service availability. However, the platform may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, updates, technical incidents or any other reason.
No permanent availability is guaranteed.
OddScore may at any time add, modify, suspend or remove features.
Such changes do not entitle users to any compensation or refund.
OddScore may suspend or delete an account in the event of non-compliance with these terms, fraud, abuse, attempts to circumvent the service, or unlawful or malicious use.
Deletion of an account may be permanent.
All content, texts, visuals, logos, interfaces, databases, indicators, algorithms and technical elements present on OddScore are protected.
Any unauthorised reproduction, extraction, distribution or exploitation is prohibited.
OddScore cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
The user uses the service at their own risk.
OddScore may modify these terms at any time.
The most recent version is accessible on the platform. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall be subject to the competent French courts.
