The OddScore editorial team

The guides published on OddScore are written by the same person who builds the product: its founder, who works with the platform's sportsbook odds every day. This page explains who writes, from what, and what we do not claim to do.

Who writes

OddScore is published by its founder. Content is not outsourced: it is written by the person who designs and runs the platform's odds processing.

Our method

We start from what we observe in our own data: odds collected across several sportsbooks, gaps between operators, size and speed of movements before kickoff. The figures used in the guides come from matches actually tracked by the platform, not from invented textbook cases.

Every claim about a market mechanism can be checked inside the product: probabilities recomputed without the sportsbook margin, a 0 to 100 signal on the size of a movement, and the full history of variations on each tracked market.

Our sources

  • Sportsbook odds collected continuously through a market data aggregator, across soccer, tennis and basketball.
  • Match results from official competition data, used to check our own calculations.
  • Operators' public documentation for anything related to market rules (voids, refunds, retirements).

What we do not do

We publish no tips and promise no winnings. An odds movement describes a market reaction, never a future result. Our guides aim at understanding the market, not at encouraging betting: nothing we publish should be read as staking advice.

Updates

Every guide shows its last update date. We revisit a piece as soon as a tracked market changes, an example becomes outdated, or a wording turns out to be confusing.

Every substantive correction is dated and described in our corrections log.
